Alain Guay is in charge of property operations for the entirety of our management portfolio.  With over 10 years of industry experience, Alain brings a breadth of knowledge that is critical to the upkeep, repair and maintenance of our buildings. 

Whether Alain is instituting a preventative maintenance regime for HVAC systems or responding to an after-hours emergency, his friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for his craft are always on display.
